Blanca

The best brunch we had on our trip was at the "Blanca" Café in Buenos Aires. We had reserved a table there for Easter Sunday and spent our morning there.

The Blanca Café immediately caught my eye with its beautiful logo and bright, well-designed interior. As we entered the café and were shown to our table, we walked past a counter full of delicious-looking cakes and pastries, and even Christoph, who isn't usually a fan of cake or pastries, later ordered an apple and cinnamon pastry. The Blanca Café had a large menu, and everything on it sounded so good that it was difficult to decide. Eventually we ordered a focaccia roast beef sandwich and an apple and cinnamon knot for Christoph, and a tuna and avocado sandwich and a cake for me. Of all the cafés we visited in Buenos Aires, the Blanca Café not only had the best food, but also the most beautiful latte art on my cappuccino. While we were enjoying a leisurely breakfast, we noticed how many people spontaneously dropped by the café without a reservation, trying to get a table. Unfortunately, on weekends, the café was so full and booked out that there was no chance of getting breakfast there without a reservation. However, it was nice to see how popular Café Blanca was with the people of Buenos Aires.

Christoph and I were both absolutely thrilled by the café's cozy interior, the sandwiches, and the baked goods! Christoph, in particular, to this day still says that the most delicious cake/pastry of his entire life was the apple cinnamon knot at Blanca Café in Buenos Aires.
