Ninina
Friday, March 29
There are countless great cafés in Buenos Aires, and of course, our time in the city wasn't enough to visit all the places that interested us. One of the cafés where we had breakfast was the beautiful "Ninina" in the Palermo district.
The "Ninina" immediately caught our attention with its beautiful terracotta color, the color of the café's facade. Because it was very warm outside, we sat inside instead of on the terrace. The Ninina had a beautiful interior design: warm wooden floors, terracotta-painted walls, and a long counter made of white-gray marble, on which cakes and pastries were displayed. Along the walls were tall wooden shelves displaying coffee and wine, which were also sold there. There were various potted plants throughout the room and their green color perfectly matched the beautiful interior design.
We sat down at one of the many small tables and ordered our breakfast. After a rather long wait, our food and coffees were brought to us. While we had breakfast, we enjoyed the cozy space of the Ninina Café, and were simply happy to be in Buenos Aires. Breakfast at Ninina was good, though not the best we had in Buenos Aires. The cappuccino, however, was very good, and we would come back anytime for a leisurely afternoon coffee date.
